Thirsk and Malton Constituency is one of the largest geographical areas in England

Our constituency is one of the largest geographically in England, stretching fifty miles from Filey on the East coast to the market town of Thirsk, and from the North York Moors to the Yorkshire Wolds.

Following the recent boundary change, the south-western part of the constituency, including Easingwold, was included in the newly created constituency of Wetherby and Easingwold. To partly compensate, Bedale and Tanfield gas been added from Richmond (Yorks) – to be renamed Richmond and Northallerton.
